Would you like to examine these questions in a beautiful natural setting and be gaining spiritual knowledge at the same time? \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTHE PURPOSE\nAt our first five day Vistara Circle Retreat\, we will offer a wonderful blend of life coaching and deep spiritual practice. You will have the opportunity to go deeper into meditation and walk away with three concrete tools to help you fulfill your purpose in life: \n1. A higher purpose statement\, that serves as a personal compass to guide your decisions and make sure you are gravitating toward your goals \n2. Establish what are your core values\, which will help shield you from the distractions or elements that prevent you from reaching your higher purpose \n3. Create a 16 point chart that categorically lists all of the things you have to do on a regular basis in order to achieve your higher purpose \n\n\n\n\n\n\nWHAT TO EXPECT\nYou will be given one-on-one coaching with the retreat leaders and your peers and have the opportunity to work on 1-2 personal blocks that are stopping you from reaching your higher purpose. Other topics include: \n*Meditation\n*Dharma\n*Personal dharma\n*The meaning of success and some of the most essential strategies for achieving it.\n*Social skills and practices to enhance your relationships\n*Society’s higher purpose\n*Leadership\n*Personal leadership\n*Becoming a Tantric warrior \n\n\n\n\n\n\nTHE STRUCTURE\nOur retreat will also be structured like a vacation so you can enjoy the beautiful setting of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We will program outings from the retreat site that will include hiking\, rafting\, swimming and other outdoor activities. We will have fun evening programs that involve music and poetry sharing\, cooperative games\, a sharing circle about our personal spiritual journeys\, and a night hike and meditation under the stars. We will also provide child care so that children and teens can have activities and enjoy the retreat! The retreat will also include: \n*Orientation and meditation instruction for new people\n*Yoga classes and collective meditation twice a day\n*Delicious vegetarian meals\n*Advanced meditation instruction for those who are eligible.
